Liz Nelson is the News Editor and a senior at MNHS. This is her second semester on the Hoofbeat. Liz loves the atmosphere, even though it can be a bit stressful, she wouldn’t change it for anything. Mrs Crotzer showed Liz during her Junior year an intro into journalistic writing, and she couldn’t be more thankful! Outside of the Hoofbeat, Liz stays busy. She joined the Army this past June, and she has traveled to the Dominician Republic these past few summers on a mission trip. Liz loves Mac N Cheese, neat notes, and her dog Koko because she will literally give her hugs and it’s the cutest thing ever. Liz is excited to be able to spend her last year here at MN writing for the Hoofbeat.
